Enchiladas in Johnson City

“I've had the Molcajete twice here, once in person and once to go. Got the chorizo on the side the second time because it's so intense. Thought it wouldn't be a great dish to take out, boy was I wrong. They do this dish right, the sauce is delicious and the cactus is in there, it's just really good and a great value. Mrs had the enchiladas suizas and was also happy. The staff is friendly and it's just a good experience overall.”

“My wife and I ate Lunch here on 5/6/26, I ate the Fajitas Taco Salad which I hadn’t seen on any other menu before. There was a chicken or steak option. I had the chicken which had tons of flavor, and was freshly cooked, so good! My wife had the Enchiladas Supremas that she thoroughly enjoyed. The salsa chips and cheese dip were also very good. Will visit again!”

“I’ve gone there multiple times and have tried a few things enchiladas, tamales, street tacos, burritos, chalupas and more. It has been the most authentic tasting I’ve had here. Amazing prices, amazing workers, amazing food. They seriously have the best everything around! There tamales are amazingly moist and not dry like most places here. I’m from California and over here I’ve had a hard time liking food places but I can say this is California quality.”
